Información para Disertantes

Para su disertación, por favor tenga en cuenta

  1. Formato de la presentación: Power Point 2000/03/07/10/16, pero no anterior al 2000.
  2. Sugerimos utilizar fuente (tipografía) standard, mínimo 24, de colores contrastantes al fondo seleccionado.
  3. Evitar las animaciones y transiciones para minimizar las diferencias entre las versiones y actualizaciones de Office.
  4. En caso de que las presentaciones incluyan video, los mismos deberán estar en formatos compatibles con Power Point de Windows (no de Mac, ej.: Quick Time)
  5. No se aceptarán archivos PDF, Prezzi u otro formato diferente a Power Point®. Si se utilizó Keynote® de Mac, deberá guardarlo como Power Point®
  6. Grabar las presentaciones en dispositivos de almacenamiento con conexión USB (Pen drivers) únicamente. No se aceptarán CDs, DVDs o Blurays.
  7. Atención: El disertante podrá usar su propia computadora portátil sólo en casos excepcionales, con previo aviso, no haciéndonos responsables de su correcto uso y funcionamiento, ni de la pérdida de tiempo ocasionada por la conexión y configuración correspondientes a cada cambio de disertante. En el caso que la salida de la portátil no sea HDMI estándar (ej.: salida de Mac), deberá llevar su propio adaptador.
  8. Las proyecciones serán en formato 16:9, prepare las diapositivas en este formato.
  9. En todos los casos se requiere que el disertante se presente en la OFICINA DE ATENCIÓN AL DISERTANTE por lo menos 2 horas antes del inicio de la sesión en la que va a participar, o el día anterior.

Requisitos para la Presentación de Videos para Workshops

Duración

La duración total del video no deberá superar los 7 minutos.

Audio

El audio puede estar incluido en el video o como presentación oral a cargo del disertante. Deberá ser en español.

Idioma

Español (audio, referencias y subtítulos).

Formato

El video deberá ser presentado en un formato compatible con las siguientes extensiones: MP4, AVI, ASF, MPG, MPEG.

Pueden incluirse diagramas, imágenes, gráficos y subtítulos como parte del contenido (color sugerido: Negro y/o Amarillo).

Dimensiones

De acuerdo a la tecnología disponible deberá realizarse el video en formato 16:9.

Definición y resolución de imágen

Los videos deberán contar con cualquiera de las siguientes definiciones:

  • HD o Alta definición (Resolución 1280 x 720)
  • Full HD (Resolución 1920 x 1080)
  • Ultra HD o 4K (Resolución 3840 x 2160)

Entrega del material

Los videos deberán ser enviados a Esta dirección de correo electrónico está protegida contra spambots. Usted necesita tener Javascript activado para poder verla. con 10 días de antelación para ser testeados y cargados. La fecha límite para recibirlos es el 25 de marzo de 2019.

Conflicto de interés

En el caso de figurar promociones o anuncios comerciales en el video, el autor deberá declarar si tiene conflictos de interés.


PLEASE CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS FOR YOUR PRESENTATION

  1. Presentation format: Power Point 2000/03/07/10/16, the power point release should not be older than Power Point 2000.
  2. Use of standard Font, minimum font size 24, in colors contrasting the background to improve readability.
  3. Avoid animations and transitions to reduce differences between Office releases and updates.
  4. If presentations include videos, they should be provided in format compatible with Windows Power Point (avoid Mac, e.g.: Quick Time)
  5. Files in PDF, Prezzi or any other format different from Power Point® will not be accepted. If you used Keynote® for Mac to create your presentation, save it as Power Point®
  6. Presentations should only be stored in USB memory sticks. Presentations in CDs, DVDs or Blurays shall not be accepted.
  7. Attention: The speaker will be allowed to use his own laptop but only in exceptional cases, with previous notification to the Organizing Committee, which shall not be responsible for its correct use and operation, nor for any time loss between different speakers’ presentations due to connection and set up problems. If your laptop external signal socket is not standard HDMI (e.g.: Mac power outlet), please bring your own adapter.
  8. Since screen projections will be in format 16:9, please prepare slides in that same format.
  9. In all these cases, the Speaker is required to arrive at the Speakers Ready Room at least 2 hours before the start time of his session or a day before his presentation.


GUIDELINES FOR VIDEO SUBMISSION

Duration

Total duration of the video should not exceed 7 minutes.

Audio

Audio may be included in the video or in the form of oral presentation if the speaker so decides. It should be in Spanish.

Language

Spanish (audio, references and subtitles).

Format

The video should be presented in format compatible with the following extensions: MP4, AVI, ASF, MPG, MPEG.
Its content may include diagrams, images, graphics and subtitles (suggested color: Black and/or Yellow).

Size

Video format should be 16:9 based on the technology available.

Definition and Image resolution

Videos must be in any of the following definitions:

  • Ultra HD or 4K (Resolution 3840 x 2160)

Material submission

Conflict of interest

If the video contains promotion material or advertisements, the author should give a disclaimer.
